It's time for me to try this whole healthier lifestyle thing again. I started this past summer and fell off the boat because I didn't have gym access for almost a month. I really miss stretching and yoga the most. I feel so free and reflective when I do it. My body feels very tense, tight, and unrelaxed now. My anxiety level has risen so much and I need to regain control of my life.
