It's time for me to try this whole healthier lifestyle thing again. I started this past summer and fell off the boat because I didn't have gym access for almost a month. I really miss stretching and yoga the most. I feel so free and reflective when I do it. My body feels very tense, tight, and unrelaxed now. My anxiety level has risen so much and I need to regain control of my life.

You can do it! It's hard getting back in the saddle, and I'm right there with you...we know we will feel better living a healthier lifestyle, we just need to get back into the rhythm.
