Im so sore and I dont want to stop working out, so I need a good solution to help me tolerate the soreness so i can push myself that much further. Also am I doing this wrong, after my workouts I take a mildly hot shower. Is it suppose to be ice cold or steamy hot?

Cool shower is what they recommend. You want to restrict the blood vessels post workout to avoid swelling.

Do massages work as well? I bought a bag of ice for the bath.....this is going to suck.
