People complain about motivation to be honest thats just an excuse to not move your lazy ass from where your at im sorry if im rude buts its the hard truth ive been working out for about 3 years and yet i screw up when i get lazy and careless i get fat again and lose my results its all about how far you wanna go and how good you wanna feel about yourself just look at me i used to weight 250 pounds now i weight 177 pounds its all on how much you want it
