What are some good exercises to gain some forearm muscle?

Grab a dumbell (whatever is a comfortable weight), in a sitting position rest your right forearm on your right thigh, with your fist hanging over your knee. First with your Palm up, holding the dumbell, let your fist down towards the ground and then pull it back up again towards you. This will work your inner forearm. I just discovered recently you do not need to lift heavy weights to gain muscle, if you do an exercise to failure, that is what tears the muscle which then rebuilds bigger. Point being do as many as you can to build up...
