Ok football season is over and i need to get bigger, faster, stronger, and all around better. Does anyone have any tips?

What's your body type?  Meaning how tall and how much u weight?

Try lifting weight and eating more protein work at least 6 times a week for at least 3 weeks and you will see some differences. Work on legs most so u can have the advantage on staying on your feet. Try my Building Legs workout search it on here.
