Do you guys/girls recommend eating proteins before or after workout or both?
I've always been told to eat, or in my case, drink a protein shake, my fave are Lean Bodys, after I train. I don't do good with eating anything as it is.....so I surely can't handle it before a workout. Hope this helps!
I was always told after. But if you work really hard you can have a bar before as well. I prefer to just have a meal about an hour before working out.
