Do you guys/girls recommend eating proteins before or after workout or both?

And also what kind of protein bars do you roccomend?

I've always been told to eat, or in my case, drink a protein shake, my fave are Lean Bodys, after I train. I don't do good with eating anything as it is.....so I surely can't handle it before a workout. Hope this helps!

Protein shake before and after workout for maximum results, also quest bars are the best tasting protein bars imo

Thanks, do you think it would make a difference If I did a shake before and a bar after? Because I have off season and were not supposed to have anything but water in school

I'd do it the other way around, a bar before and a shake after, the shake has more fast acting protein to get to your muscles to maximize your results, always try to consume the shake within 30 minutes of finish of your workout

I was always told after. But if you work really hard you can have a bar before as well. I prefer to just have a meal about an hour before working out.
