Lose weight for my birthday...

Ok so I am turning 30 in about 60 days. I would really like to be under 200 lbs, currently at 243. Today I started to drink a gallon of water a day, which was a pain. Do you have any tips or suggestions of workouts or anything else that I can do? I am pretty new to working out and i can't run because I have a subtalar fushion. Thanks for your time reading and anything that you can do to help...

1st of all, Happy early Birthday lol! I'd try to do lots of Cardio in the morning and maybe at night. It doesn't have to be too intense just something like 30minutes of walking, 30 Jumping Jacks or Cardio Sets which crushes those calories. To make things a lot easier swimming exercises are the best when it comes to wanting to lose weight fast. If you're more of a gym guy then a personal trainer is a good idea, lots of weight lifting is probably a good way too. Also depends if it's upper body weight you want to lose...
