If you have poor motivation there are ways to make sure you stay on track 5 tips:
1)look at where you are and where do you wanna be visualize that everytime you workout.
2)write a list on why is it important to stay on track and put it on your door and look at it every morning and remind yourself what your working for.
3)challenge yourself daily on doing things you dint even know your body could do.
4)get a workout buddy
5)take a before and after photo suggested daily and look at your progress from day 1 to what ever day your at.
