Been slacking off a little these past two weeks but doing a lot better than I thought I would be six weeks ago!

Slacking off every now an then is ok just don't get into a habit of doing it, u can tell u stay in shape tho keep it up u look great

I've been slacking off for a few months, resolved to get back on it and i'm 2 days in. Feeling positive :)

just started any advice for losing 2 pounds a week

Everyone slacks now and then...anyone says different is a lier!

Its about noticing and starting again, pushing yourself to your limit...to the point you think you gonna die...Your body will stop when its had enough...a thought will stop you as soon as you listen to it .. your before and after pics are great...your doing great so never give up !
