Sore!!!

Ok I just started working out yesterday and im so sore, I forgot I had all these muscles lol, whats the best ways to deal with it, dont get me wrong, bout to hit the gym again today and keep pushing, I got a goal to reach, just wondering how everyone deals with this problem, thanks

Stretching, Epsom salt baths, hot showers, lots of fluids, good food, adequate rest. Keep it up, Crystal!

Oh, yeah... Buy yourself a foam roller, if you can't afford a massage therapist or shiatsu chair.

You need to do a little cardio at the end. Just 5 minutes light jog or stairs. To get enzymes that work their way into your legs. Hence dark meat on birds. You get those moving they promote recovery. Also stretching.

Stretching,  water, massage...  keep up the great work!

Agreed. Drink lots of water and stretch. Also, the more you workout the less sore you'll feel. Don't get me wrong, you'll still be sore when you work your muscles but it won't be as overwhelming.
