Ok I just started working out yesterday and im so sore, I forgot I had all these muscles lol, whats the best ways to deal with it, dont get me wrong, bout to hit the gym again today and keep pushing, I got a goal to reach, just wondering how everyone deals with this problem, thanks 😽

Stretching, Epsom salt baths, hot showers, lots of fluids, good food, adequate rest. Keep it up, Crystal!

Oh, yeah... Buy yourself a foam roller, if you can't afford a massage therapist or shiatsu chair.

You need to do a little cardio at the end. Just 5 minutes light jog or stairs. To get enzymes that work their way into your legs. Hence dark meat on birds. You get those moving they promote recovery. Also stretching.
