Hey y'all! I've had too much fun over the summer. Traveling, partying, eating... living! I was not pleased to face the scale at the end of my 3 month vacation to find that I've put on 20 lbs. YIKES! feeling pretty down right now, but motivated as well. I want to lose 10 lbs in a month. I'm 160 now, for me that is a shocking number. It feels good to tell someone though, so thanks! I'm hoping that saying my weight and goals to you guys will hold me accountable. Anyone else care to share theirs?

Its possible, i new to lose 20 lbs to b at my ideal weight.... ive lost 55lbs :D

I turn 40 in April and my goal is to lose 40 pounds for my 40th. My goal weight is 180 lbs which is actually 50 pounds that I need to lose and I will continue striving for that goal as I blast through my 40 goal.
