Hey y'all! I've had too much fun over the summer. Traveling, partying, eating... living! I was not pleased to face the scale at the end of my 3 month vacation to find that I've put on 20 lbs. YIKES! feeling pretty down right now, but motivated as well. I want to lose 10 lbs in a month. I'm 160 now, for me that is a shocking number. It feels good to tell someone though, so thanks! I'm hoping that saying my weight and goals to you guys will hold me accountable.
Anyone else care to share theirs?
