Hey guys is it advisable to do 'intense' workouts on a daily basis?
have been doing 'moderate' exercises since two weeks
did an 'intense' arms workout today.So it is ok to do another 'intense' workout tomorrow right?
It depends what your doing and definition of intense...
Its not good to work the same muscle groups if you doing weight lifting.
If you just doing cardio then its fine as long as your not in pain.
I remember when I was younger and got a new job in warehouse and had to lift washing machines on to pallets...the first day was hard the second day was really hard it went on untill I was struggling by end of the week and the boss said well if you cant do the job then you have to go...Next week the thought of wages and losing the job kept me going and I did that for nearly a year by end of the year it was a breeze ..
Moral is we are not wimps and can push through anything if we put our mind to it...
