Hi! I also used to have that problem but one day I decided to take the step and started to change. Now I am much more confident and I think I could help you with some advices. Here is the first one: you really need to believe you are able to reach your goal. I was usually doubtful wether I could made it. But it is only about giving small steps, changing habits... Right now I'm still wanting to improve more and sometimes I also feel myself with a lack of motivation. So I guess we can support each other, right?
