There are a wide variety of great workouts on here to keep you motivated. Try as many different ones as possible, to keep it interesting and to get the best results. Try and do a mixture of ones you are quite comfortable with and some that are killers! Don't get stuck in a rutt, keep mixing it up. Good luck!
