Alright I've had this app for almost a month now and workout 5 times a week, I've already lost 6 pounds but my goal is to get toned up.....and in just almost a month my body had never been this toned with a high protein an low calorie diet any of u can do it just stay focused on what ur dream body looks like an work towards it day after day an YOU WILL HAVE IT!!
