We always say we're going to workout. "So I'm going to workout Monday - Tuesday and Wednesday I'll laid back, yeah" ......It's Thursday in you do nothing. Let our movation be greater then our laziness. Bikini Beach Babe
I always think that its the workouts you do when you don't feel like it that make the difference. They are the ones that make you feel the best once they are finished.
Yes it does depend on the workout but an order to do a workout it begins with a person, with us. The challenge of the workout will be there but I'm saying WE must take on pretty much on any challenge.
