For some, its in a gym. For others, its in the comfort of their own home. And for the rest of us, its only in our head.
Designating a specific time of day to tackle your workout routine is a key to stay in motivated, and consistent.
I myself perferr first thing in the morning, just after my morning coffee, prayer, and Biblical devotions.
My alarm goes off at 4am, and by 4:45 im ready to torture my body.
So.... when is your perfect time??
I always workout in my own room at 9 or 10 p.m. it's the most relaxed time of the day even though some workouts are hard and makes me so tired~I still like it
I don't gave an exact time I work out. Morning, afternoon or night as long as I make sure I get that workout done for that day I'm good

How early it is!!! I simply feel your awesome cuz I would probably scream if somebody asks me to do so LOL~~
I do mine first thing in the morning. Just when you get out of your bed just whenever you get up. Once its done, you will feel great for the rest of the day.
For me it's around 5-7pm then I'll take a bit of rest before having a good long relaxing bath then put on my pajamas. Turn in the TV and get comfy on my couch while drinking a warm cup of tea and enjoying the silence and cold of the night.
That is pure satisfaction.
Although there is power in routine, determination and will power are just as persuasive in my opinion
I totally agree!! I do get up at any time and love to sleep in coz i work nights.but once im up 19 mon. Work out is just perfect to keep me going and start chores lol

When im doing at my own place my perfect time to work out is in the morning 6-7 am,but if i go to the gym the perfect time is in the afternoon
Evening and during lunch break.....not a morning person lol
There are some hard core morning people. ...pheew. anyone who gets up before the chickens to exersise is seriously amazing...respect :)
Home and i like to do my workouts late at night
wow you don't like sleeping…just kidding~I wish I could be full of energy with less sleep cuz I want more time(I feel like time is always not enoughfor me to study, exercise, whatever)
Mary g, you should join our workout group its about to kick off first part of next week. Im only allowing 24 ppl max, but a smaller group will be more personal and fun
