For some, its in a gym. For others, its in the comfort of their own home. And for the rest of us, its only in our head.

Designating a specific time of day to tackle your workout routine is a key to stay in motivated, and consistent.

I myself perferr first thing in the morning, just after my morning coffee, prayer, and Biblical devotions.
My alarm goes off at 4am, and by 4:45 im ready to torture my body.

So.... when is your perfect time??

For me is after lunch...I make order in my kitchen ( sorry for my english....I'm italian...)and in the kitchen I use this app. For me is perfect because I can make only 8 or 10 or 15 or more minutes ....I feel it day by day...sorry I don't know the words for make you understand..(?????) Bye bye from Italy :)

Its so motivational when you start noticing results. .. its even more motivating when other start noticing!! Thats why I say forget the scales, forget the weights, and forget the reps. Just do it. Torture yourself for 10 minutes a day, eat decently healthy, and in 3 to 4 weeks you will be noticed.
17 Dec
And believe me, those weeks will go by faster than you think

I always workout in my own room at 9 or 10 p.m. it's the most relaxed time of the day even though some workouts are hard and makes me so tired~I still like it

17 Dec
And a perfect time that is! When my wife and I were doing p90x, we started around 8:30, 9 pm... but now with my new course, 9 Minutes For A Sexy-Beast Body, we knock it out in the early AM ;-) #thecontagiouslifeexperiment @mlwilkinson2013 on Twitter

I don't gave an exact time I work out. Morning, afternoon or night as long as I make sure I get that workout done for that day I'm good

17 Dec
What exercises work for you? Which are you most consistent at?
17 Dec
Any weight lifting exercises targeting the lower body. I've been neglecting my arms and core :(, so added it to my regime and I died during my workout tonight but it was worth it

Omg nothing like tricep killers!! Once you get those babies firming up, its like your arm grew a whole new department

I do mine first thing in the morning. Just when you get out of your bed just whenever you get up. Once its done, you will feel great for the rest of the day.

17 Dec
That is the best thing to do! Statistics show that if you make your bed every morning then you will feel a sense of productivity, resulting in more happiness and self confidence. .. just think what a boss of a workout could offer! One like my 9 Minutes For A Sexy-Beast Body I created

For me it's around 5-7pm then I'll take a bit of rest before having a good long relaxing bath then put on my pajamas. Turn in the TV and get comfy on my couch while drinking a warm cup of tea and enjoying the silence and cold of the night.

That is pure satisfaction.

Although there is power in routine, determination and will power are just as persuasive in my opinion

wow you don't like sleeping…just kidding~I wish I could be full of energy with less sleep cuz I want more time(I feel like time is always not enoughfor me to study, exercise, whatever)

17 Dec
It's weird bc the more I try to get some sleep the less energy I have. My best performance is usually fueled on 4-5 hrs a night
