I recently found that butt exercises don't really make your butt super big when you first start out. Now that I'm starting out my lower body is becoming more swole and round. I need to really push myself for burning fat off my core because I usually lose motivation there. I have been trying to lose my belly fat for three years now but my lower belly pouch is stubborn and I usually lose motivation. Any suggestions? My arms is not a problem for me I usually don't mind working them out. I am just sick and tired of struggling to get a stronger and more toned belly. I am so.tired of wearing corsets and waist cinchers, and waist fat burners. I mean at first they did help me trim down and give myself a shape but now it seems like I'm just wearing it. I want to be able to one day not wear my corset and waist cincher.
