Hi everyone. I see a lot of arm combo routines and bicep only routines. Anyone have a triceps only routine that's under 15 minutes?

Hey Michael, good to see you back man! I have a couple on my profile. I recommend my workout titled "tricep triple threat" ...it's 16 minutes long and it's three exercises: two handed tricep extensions, skullcrushers and kickbacks. It's done well to develop my triceps. I also have one called "triceps in two moves" that is only 10 minutes long if you're short on time. Hope this helps :-)
