Great attitude! Remember it has to be tough to be worthwhile! Your body can nearly always do it, its just that pesky brain that tells you its too hard. Once your head is into gear, the rest will follow.

So true. When it starts to feel unbearable I picture myself the way I WANT to be & it helps me push harder

Well you are in the right place for great workouts, help, advice and support. Do as big a variety of workouts as possible, some your comfortable with and some that really challenge you. Don't get stuck in a rutt, mix it up, for best results and to keep it interesting. :-)
