Is anybody on a weight loss journey because they feel like they have something to prove whether it be to an ex, a former group of friends or even absolute strangers? Tell me what motivates you. Is it pain of rejection or that feeling that your just not good enough. I want to know because that's how I feel and feel like this time around I will achieve my goal of absolute fitness.
