Hy everybody.. my name is Serina i am 16years old.and my weight is 73kg.i am 166cm.
Can someone gave me a motivation or tips for lose my weight.btw my goal is 59kg for my birthday 13 Mei 2015.

Tip: treat today as an experiment, write down a plan for today only
Motivation: if u dont so it, tour physique will not change! Just workout today. Dont worry about tmrw or results or the scale.
To get the results you need effort an focus. Now you can definitely do it but the question is will you do it? Take control and make it happen! Good luck.
