It's my first day and I'm really tired... I need some motivation (it can not be chocolate) ahah what do you think I could do to have some motivation to go on? my arms and my legs are on fire

Just remember, your body can nearly always do it, its just your pesky brain that tells you that you can't! Get your head round it and the rest will follow. Take control and make it happen! :-)
