Motivation and work out plan

I want to lose 5-7kg in 2 months, is it reasonable?
I used to work out on treadmills but I stopped for about 5 months because of my busy work and studies :( it's so hard to gain the habit back...
How long do you think I should exercise every day/ week to get that result?

7 kg might be a bit much in that time, as you don't look that big in your photo. You could do it, but would it be healthy, I don't know.

I would suggest working out 4-5 times a week. Do challenging to imtesive all body cardio circuits, of at least 30 mins long. Mix it up for best results, try as many different workouts as possible.
