First off I just like some feedback on what everyone else thinks about this routine.

Next I don't really think there is any back, bicep, or shoulder work in the routine. Anyone have thoughts?

It's a good, short workout and you have pushups, dips, alternating side planks, and tricep pushups so for bodyweight workouts you're getting a good mix of back, bicep, tricep, and chest work in a short time. You can always make it more challenging by adding dumbbells for those exercises!!

Yeah it does save time but I find to really feel a decent effect from this workout I should do it 3-4 times which then defeats to purpose of saving time but I reckon adding dumbbells will increase the intensity, haven't tried it though. Most of the moves are all compound so smaller muscle groups like the bi's and tri's are worked as well..
