What kind of snacks are fulfilling n keeps u full longer?

I don't think any snack will fullfill until we have proper diet. But some little oliy snacks keeps me somewhat fullfill during rush time.  But everyone says those are not good

Try a fruit bowl or yogurt with granola or if your looking for more of a meal, try baked fish and rice. might sound not so filling but it sure does fill me up and very healthy ;)

You need to consider  a healthy shake  to get you through workouts or post training to prep you for next workout.  I'm happy to help further with advice on what to buy and where from.

Protein helps you feel fuller longer. Just remember that with an increase of protein in your diet you'll want to make sure you're drinking lots of water. With that said the body usually interprets the initial sensation of thirst as hunger. Try drinking a cup or two of water when you feel hungry before you eat.
