Would love to lose 30 lbs in a month do you g guys have any tips.

Spread small meals and drink alot of water, those are my fitness trainer tips bit hard to keep up

Use smaller plates when eating and drink a glass of water before and after the meal to keep you full. Stay away from fast food and frozen meals. Replace sodas and juices with water, these worked for me :)

The problem is I work overnight at lifting boxes, and sleep in the day. I hardly have time to eat when I do I go for sandwiches and that usually makes me nauseated when I'm done.

No, I drink water only or have apple those eight hours I'm working now adays but I eat at 2pm and 6pm when im at home.
