Hey all. I think this app is awesome and very helpful. Especially for working people who don't have many times to workout at the gym. I think that fitness is important for us. For me losing weight is not the main goal of doing workout. The main goal is getting healthy. And weight loss is the reward. What do u think guys? Let me know

Maintaining a healthy diet is not the sane thing as "going on a diet." Going on diets has pretty much been proven to be a really inconsistent, unreliable, unhealthy way to lose weight, and add soon as the "diet" is over you put the weight right back on. You're right, nutrition is like 70% of the weight loss battle. But "dieting" is not the way to do it.
