Hey, what's wrong with hunger pangs? If you want to lose weight you'll need to have a few snacks between meals. It's perfectly Ok until you eat healthy. Plus working out could make you even more hungry, be careful but don't starve yourself otherwise you wouldn't be able to excersise and you could even gain weight instead of losing it. Other very important thing: water. A lot of water! If you're not used to drinking a lot of it start with a 0,5 l bottle maybe (per day) for a few days and then start having a little more every time. It could even make you feel full for a while.
