I would like to know what all of you have that keep you motivated my motivation is all of you and my gf because thanks to all of you I stayed on track thanks :D so what keeps you on track? :3

Mind over matter and the ambitious nature of the goal that's my drive to be unstoppable and strong enough not give up because that is to easy as anyone else can give up but takes willpower to stick with it .

I look at pictures of other people with the results I want and I also make working out and eating healthy something to look forward to. For example, I might go on a shopping spree one day for fitness gear and this gets me pumped to use them during my next workout.

It makes me sleep better, feel energized and good about myself. Sometimes it gets hard to start but keeping at it is making me ready for the spring and summer. I'm ready
