I used a workout at the gym with personal trainer. I workout 4 times a week.
Monday is shoulders day. Tuesday is back day. Wednesday is chest day. And Friday is leg day.
Leg day is the hardest and the sweatiest of all. My trainer said that leg exercise is very good for women. Who doesn't want sexy booty? Hahaha

I've just started and for now I'm doing workouts at home.
I do 5 times a week, Monday is shoulders day, Tuesday is chest day, Wednesday is back day, Thursday is leg day and Friday is abs/full body day. I do cardio in each day.
We'll mines is 4 day's week of 90 minutes on my indoor bicycle with intervals. On 2 day's is Ab workout and squats with weights and 1 day off . I switch it up with wii just dance 2015 and hiking trails. I try aim for 340 hrs week of cardio work outs as I seen results best way.
