Haven't been on here for awhile, had to make a new profile and been trying other apps. I'm back here seems to be the best one so far. I struggle a lot with staying motivated so I could really use some people to chat with daily about fitness. My fiancé is very supportive and helps me with my workouts, as we all know it's up to me and no one else...talking to others really helps. Also, any advise wether I've hear it already or not would be great! Never know the something new I'll learn. Thanks guys.
Do mini goals and reward yourself with workout gear or clothes . look at old pair pants instead of being obsession with weight scale. You are welcome add me .
Lets help eachother as well, i need motivation and todays my 4th day n sometimes i dont even want to get up n do any of it but i think if i dont then how would i be by a month and still in the same oh me it's time for an change.

I need to stay consistent, too. I'm motivated now and want to stay that way. Looking forward to a better summer of 2015 and I know that starts today.

I could use some encouragement too. I like to exercise but with a full time job, 2 kids and the normal hustle and bustle, I can always find a reason not to.
I have tried several apps and lime that this one gives me a nudge AND pre-organized workouts.
