Winter's shaking my workout plans
Until a few weeks ago I was working out on a regular basis, but now I can't with this chilling weather outside. I can't even think about going out on a jog because its so dark, foggy and cold(4°C) out there. When it comes to indoor workout, its still nearly impossible coz our house is made of concrete with no central heating system so its pretty cold inside too.
My question is, what should I wear if I want to go out for a jog, or wanna do some workout indoor.
