I love pushing weights. I have learned that the squat is a powerful compound exersise that is a must in building strength and a body to be proud of. Iv learned that you can't outrun your fork (enjoy the evening run) iv learned that nothing tastes better than how fitness feels. Iv learned that its a great feeling to be able to undress.....with the lights on ...:) what have you learned? What works for you? Happy new year everyone :)
