Hi everyone, my name is Demian.
Previously I was a state qualifying high school wrestler in the 132 weight class. I was ripped and could bench 255 (Max)
However family problems including foster care at a point has thrown me way off. To a point that I feel I'm starting from the beginning. I want to get back on my feet but it's still hard to find the motivation to get going. Any tips from experienced fitness fanatics or lifters?
