Hi everyone last year i was able to lose about 60 lbs doing absolutely nothing lol but ever since i went on the depo birth control shot, ive gained that back plus some and i just can't seem to find motivation to work out :( any tips on how to get motivated to work out and eat healthy?

That's how I gained my weight too! 25 pounds. I used to be so tiny.

Look at pictures of fit people who u want to look like if not better and think about the benefits. I mainly picture what the look on other peoples faces would be if they saw a bigger stronger healthier me and it keeps going. I also look at a BRANDON CARTER video on YouTube before working out
