1. Completely eliminate processed foods.
2. Do not drink your calories
3. Drink 2 glass of cold water 30 mins before every meal and snack.
4. Drink green tea 30 mins after every meal.
5. Have a gap of atleast 4 hours between each snack or meal.
6. Do not eat or drink anything (except water) 4 hours before bed
7. Do atleast 10 mins of workout before every meal or you can do a 30 mins workout everyday.
8. Weigh yourself once every week and check your progress.
Hope this helps since it helped me a lot.

I want to lose 40 pounds before summer please tips???? I weigh 276 I just checked the scale so 40 more pounds to go
