Does anyone know any work out that surely help lose body fat & tone muscle? I wanna be able to make my own at home routine with these workouts for 2015 :)
You could also grab water bottles or veggies/fruit cans and hold onto those when doing squats and lunges or bicep curls for some arm work.
Why not try "go long", its a 30 min cardio workout, with a good mix of exercises. You can find it in my liked workouts.
Try as many different workouts as possible for best results, there are loads to choose from.
