Hello All, I have had several ups and down with weight loss & being consistent. I am determined to make it different this go around. I am currently using MFP which has really helped my eating habits, the workouts.....umm different story I travel 3 days a week and end up having long days, by the time i get to the hotel i have lost my mojo to work out...any suggestions?? Using any effective tool/resource out there to do it the HEALTHY way! Wish me luck and looking for supporters to hold me accountable.
