Doing great doing 3 workouts a day.. got a fitbit for christmas so that helps me keep tract too.. today is a rest day for me !!

I just started my second semester of physical therapy assistant, and am working part time as a tech, with our third child due in a month. I can do this!
How is everyone doing with their goal? I got really behind due to the winter semester being very hard plus we had our third child. Anyhow, I've upped my frequency to 5 x a week, and will occasionally do two w/o's a day, so I still have time to reach the goal, currently I have 195 w/o's and with 220 days remaining it shouldn't be too hard to log 145 more. Good luck all!
Still going strong at about 5 workouts a week. I still have to double up some days, but I will reach my goal! Are you hanging in there?
