Getting over sickness

I know by experience how working out hard while trying to get over being sick is a bad idea. However, a small casual workout & a good stretch afterwards is good. I even throw in a half mile on my treadmill to get me started. Something is better than nothing.

Definitely, I always try and train a bit through a cold/flu, it makes me feel better. I would normally do weights workouts, no cardio. I do the same with minor injuries, train round it a bit and change/temper your workouts a bit, but keep on going!
