Starting weight: 145 lbs
Current weight:143lbs
Goal weight: 118-120 lbs

Day 1: My tummy went down a bit and the muscle in my arms are standing out more! I'm drinking more water and green tea before each meal and going hard on my workouts from here.

Day 2: 
Current weight: 142 lbs

My stomach is so much flatter but not all the way there and my butt and thighs have been aching from my workout intensity.

"Girl" push ups are getting much easier I believe I could do real push ups soon
