So today I tried a work out and tired myself halfway through.... I'm still motivated because quitting now is not an option! I think I need a live crowd or maybe just walking will be easier. I'm trying to push myself but after 24 yrs of spoiling my body giving it exactly what it wants I think it's gone take a lot to turn it around! I got 100+ lbs to loose so.....LETS GET IT!!! Bout to try starting off with something a little less intense and work my way up!
