I always start to work out, but can never finish the 3 or 4 weeks. My motivation slips, and I fall off the workout wagon. For the New year, I'd like to lose 30 pounds in 6 months. I'm watching what I eat, drinking water, and now to add the exercise! Help me reach my goal and kick my butt in gear! Thanks!
