I've been feeling so pumped up the last few days of working out but my motivation is staring to fade. I look at myself then at my step sisters who are beautiful and skinny while I'm here all fat. I understand it's not gonna happen over night but my motivation is lost at the moment

Do not give up on yourself. You should set small goals at the beginning. You are right it will not happen over night, but if yoy stick with it and make changes in your eating also....You will start to see changes in your body. Most importantly you will start to feel changes in your mind. It will eventually become a lifestyle to you. Keep your head up and keep on keepin on. You can do it.

Don't compare yourself to other women.. it only sets you up to fail. Just take one step at a time and watch your step sisters get envious on how you look.
