Its 2015 and every year I say I'm going get healthy and work out! This year my fiance is away for training for the army and I want to surprise him with a fit and sexy me!! I need a partner to challenge me. Tell me how well you did and dare me to do better! **Note I am a beginner.

Hey Ashley! the best way to start this is with a workout that you can barely finish. And keep consistently working out, daily! Find your weaknesses in your body and work on those first, but remember to work on your whole body as well :) if you need motivation, I can help :)
