Losing weight.

Me and my wife are both planning to lose 30 pounds this year. What kind of diet and exercise is best for weight loss? We both are intermediate exercisers so we know some stuff but not enough.

Well cardio, drinking a ton of water, eat foods rich in fiber and that help with fat burning, weight train before cardio if you do, say no to simple carbohydrates unless you are having a cheat day.
