I need the motivation!

I've been wanting to lose weight for a while now, but I just don't have the motivation to get up and do something about it. Any tips?,

If you want to lose weight, look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself if you feel comfortable with how you look. If there is something you want to work on, make that image of you make you do it. Keep in mind working out gives you a lot of good things, more energy, more control over your body, and overall happiness :) its better than just sitting around doing nothing
