I started the Slim & Trim 3 week workout today, and went for planks Jacks and lunges straight out of the gate...I don't think I've ever done a tricep dip before so that one was hard! Anyway, I really want to keep with this and continue forward. if there is anyone out there who has 75+ lbs (like me!) to lose, I think having a community to talk to on here might help be more motivating. Friend me and let's help each other out. :)
